Colour on Silk    Workshop fun

Colour means different things to each of us, some colour combinations can turn your stomach but be calming and wonderful for someone else.

Some colours  just resonate with you and always will.

So which ones work with or for you, which ones have you feeling brilliant, ready to take on the day or world. Which ones give you a lift.

I use Silk as my canvas it is a natural fibre and  takes colour beautifully and you can without effort create some magnificent pieces

Learn how to create two masterpieces on silk

Children welcome½ price with participating adult (samples and one masterpiece)

You will start by playing with colour combinations on sample silk to decide what colours you want to use on your main projects. From there we drop colour to achieve beautiful colours as they blend and move as if  they have a life of their own.

The samples can be used to create art cards of colour available in most craft shops.

The projects are 2 large silk wraps length 2metres by 55cm wide (edges all sewn) in a light weight silk they come completely white and will be in glorious colour when we have finished.
