I asked: Who am I? What is life all about? and why do things happen the way they do?  What am I here for?

When those questions were asked, things got interesting

I found when you ask a question the answer will present itself. All the questions I have asked have been answered through living life, one thing leading to another and there it is the next answer.
Prior to the 80's I studied Psychiatric nursing then went on to discover the Hospitality industry,

From the early 1980's I attended a Spiritual awareness college -where I gained a greater understanding of myself beyond accepted thinking and acquired and understood the uses of Meditation as a life skill. Intuitive counselling and creating courses in self understanding with meditation came into being. The knowledge that there is more to each one of us than we have been taught and believing we all have our own answers is woven throughout all that I offer.,

Attaining a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy in 1987 added more knowledge and the opportunity to create a more therapeutic framework for meditation.   

Early 1990's Teaching Silk painting and producing silk products. Painting on Silk is an ideal way of letting go as you cannot control the colour as it moves across the silk. The colours are brilliant and can have an uplifting, revitalising and calming  effect upon us.

In the 90's I attained the Teacher/Practitioner levels of Reiki and Seichim - Hands on healing, offering energy balancing.

For the past ten years I have been a student of Raihnon®. where the knowledge of energy and the true essence of life itself took on new meaning and continues. To learn more about the teachings please go to the links button and follow the link.
